Let our team of lawyers review your request. NO CHARGE. They will ask about your country of origin, and when you wish to perform the marriage registration at the Ministry Office as this helps with overall planning. For the process to take place, you will need to arrive in Thailand with your country's 'single certificate' (proof that you are single in your home country). This single certificate must also be certified by the Thai Embassy of your native country. If your country has an embassy in Thailand, this can all be done here with advance planning.

Once you have been given the green light, how much does it cost and what are the next steps?

Our Marriage Registration Service Fee for two foreigners to get married in Thailand is THB 32,000.

What does that fee include?

b. Once those documents have been translated/legalized (required by law with specific translators only), the marriage registration can take place as early as the 4th day at 1pm. Our fee includes the legally required witnesses (2) plus a translator.

c. We will also provide with your fee, two copies of the English marriage certificates legalized by MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Thailand). Four (4) working days are required. If you are unable to wait for these documents, we are able to DHL-ship them abroad for an additional THB 2,000. Your attendance is not required as our personalized service can handle this on your behalf.

Happy Clients

Real testimonials from happy couples who experienced our exceptional services

We had a second wedding in Bangkok and wanted a marriage certification to remind us of all the great vacations and adventures we have had in Thailand. The team at Gay Weddings Thailand made our dreams come true and even recommended some amazing hotels where we could celebrate. They are very connected. Highly recommend!

We had no idea where to start with the process and even though our country will not recognize our certificate, it was important that we do this to show our love to one another.
